By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms and conditions below.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
General Terms
- I retain full rights to the image as the artist.
- Credits must always be given with my username and a link to my website when using the image.
- I draw in my own style. I do not draw in the style of other artists.
- The image is for private use – no commercial use is allowed. (please contact)
- The image may not be resold, copied as artwork or in any other way.
- I reserve the right to cancel an order at any time if I am not comfortable with it.
- The full amount must be paid when I accept the order – I will not start drawing before that.
- The image may not be altered in any way without my express permission. (This includes, recoloring, cutting etc.).
Etsy Twitch Graphics
- Twitch Graphics = emotes, sub badges, overlays
- Twitch Graphics may be used for profit in the form of subscriptions (like twitch subs).
- Twitch Graphics may NOT be resold to a third party.
- Twitch Graphics may NOT be printed or sold as merchandise.
